These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AdLaunch platform ("Platform"), provided by Get Leads Now, LLC, doing business as AdLaunch ("AdLaunch," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2.3 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the Platform: Violating any applicable laws or regulations.Uploading, sharing, or transmitting content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of the Platform.

3. Subscription Plans and Fees

3.1 Subscription Plans: AdLaunch offers various subscription plans, each with its own features, limitations, and pricing. The details of the available plans are provided on the AdLaunch website.

3.2 Payment: By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as specified on the AdLaunch website. Payment methods accepted will be detailed on the website. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership: AdLaunch retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all intellectual property rights associated with it.

4.2 User Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using the Platform ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant AdLaunch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute the User Content for the purpose of providing and improving the Platform.

5. Privacy

5.1 Privacy Policy: Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found on the AdLaunch website.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Disclaimer: The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AdLaunch disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6.2 Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, AdLaunch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination by User: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Platform.

7.2 Termination by AdLaunch: AdLaunch reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at its sole discretion, with or without cause and without prior notice.

8. Changes to the Terms

8.1 Updates: AdLaunch may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on the AdLaunch website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for changes.
